  • Wow, I have had the same profile picture since January 11th.  I don't think it's ever going to change, either.

  • I am currently playing one of the best multiplayer games ever... by myself! (sob) I need some tissue. Oops, dinner's ready. Peace!

  • So my first week of college has now drawn to a close... but that's unimportant. What is more important is I finally found the pictures my dad took during my high school graduation. I put up a site for them, so if you're a friend or an identity thief, I suggest you check them out. Guess which person I am!

If "con" is the opposite of "pro," does that mean that Congress is the opposite of progress?

  • Today was my first day of college. I was not impressed. I expected high-gloss, heavy duty teaching. But all I got was High School v1.1. All the way down to the stained carpeting and crap-tacular projectors. Also, my English 102 class is, essentially, AP English all over again. Even the hideous timed writes are making an unwelcome return. Anyway, my day went as follows:

    1. I started off with English after taking about 15 minutes to try to find a parking space. I was then introduced to AP English all over again. The syllabus and course description was handed out and explained, then class ended. I then quickly sprinted to...

    2. College Trig. I got plopped into this class because apparently I "went above and beyond" on my college entrance exam. I thought the test was a piece of cake and if I did that well, this school is desperate. This sticks me in a bad spot because I am surrounded by numb-skulls (not to mention pot-heads and "oh-my-god girls"). Anyway, Trig was nothing special. We began reviewing Arcs and Angles; the teacher said eff the syllabus and description. We heard it all before. After class...

    3. I had lunch, which consisted entirely of one Butterfinger Crunch bar. After my very satisfying meal, I went to...

    4. Film as Art, or ART-105. Basically, all that was said in this class is that almost all of it is done online, while we watch and take notes on movies in class. Lovely. And now I'm here

On a completely unrelated note, my car just hit 100,000 miles on the way back home. Just thought I'd put it out there. Peace.

  • Well, I have a job now. I start working on Tuesday, the day after my first day of college. I work at some place that sells bird-seed and accesories. It should be a piece of cake. Of course, that means I have to put my "work face" on.

  • Did a lot more job applying today. I have two hopefuls now. There's some bird-feed shop, and a place called Ryan's (it's like Golden Corral, only better). Oh, and Stephen, I put you down as a reference for a bunch of places, so if you receive mail, just put down some lies to say that I am a hard-working, valued member of society. You know, that kind of drivel. Also, what can I do to help in your movie from long-distance?

As you can see, I was a little bored with Google's image search. Don't worry, I hope to make a real post eventually. Also, somebody check out this Maple Story thing. It looks like another free MMORPG.

  • It has been a strange summer. My first college class begins at 0905 on 22 August 2005. After that day, I will likely lose the freedom that I have cherished this past summer. Let me give you all a rundown of all of the games I have played and either beaten or played a long time since I moved.

    ~ Tales of Symphonia
~ Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
    ~ SimFarm
    ~ The Sims
    ~ SimCity 2000
    ~ Zoo Tycoon
~ Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
~ Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
~ Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
    ~ Animal Crossing
    ~ Grand Theft Auto III
    ~ Oregon Trail II

That about sums up my summer so far (heh heh, sums up summer). As you can see, I have been very busy. I am also reading the Lord of the Rings books and now playing StarCraft. On a side note: I did play one game that was serious crap. Rogue Squadron 3 sucks anal chute, there I said it.

  • It's times like these that I wish I were more outgoing. I could just go somewhere and make friends in a snap. I'm so ronery. But then I sit in front of my TV or computer and I forget all of that. I realize that I am a loner. That is all that I am. AND IT FEELS GREAT! Whoo! Still, I would prefer the company of friends.
