Happy 9/11 Day!
Good morning, everyone!
I hope everyone has a fun-filled and adventurous September 11th. I know I plan to.... What? ...Oh, that thing? Geez, that happened nine bloody years ago. We can't go moping on about that all the time. I wonder how long it'll take before people stop caring. When did people stop caring about December 7th?

.....For some reason, I find it difficult to believe that people will ever stop caring about what happened. the tears may stop one day, possibly when all of these generations inflicted by it pass away. But stop caring about what happened? I don't think so.
Eh.. Most of NYC has largely forgotten about it. It's the rest of the country with their obsession with nationalism that still nurse their wounds rather than letting them heal.
9/11 sucked for me yesterday. Took my car into the shop for a general checkup and oil change. The mechanic found all sorts of problems with my '92 beemer. Total damage was a little bit over $1200. This day will live in infamy in my mind as well.
